RIP Steve Irwin

Steve "The Crocodile Hunter" Irwin was killed in a freak stingray attack. I don't know why this makes me sadder than other celebrity deaths, aside from him being young and healthy and the freakishness of it. Probably because my kids watched him, and he seemed to be having so much fun doing what he loved (much like John Ritter). And he's got kids roughly my kids' age. Sigh.
