Caught this in the Concept II newsletter: 23,000 Watts in 120 Seconds. Forty rowers had two minutes to generate enough electricity to move an electrical transporter bridge from one side of the Kiel Canal to the other. To succeed, each rower needed to average 575 watts (~1:23/500m). In other words, two minutes of hell.
